A capstone course for your study as an Undergraduate, this course is intended to introduce you to a "problematic", a tangled set of problems for which the skills of writing and analysis are paramount. Our topic meets the standards for a worthy topic of discussion: all of us are stakeholders in the discourses responding to global ecosystemic crisis. You are being asked to contribute usefully to these discourses. consider this class a \"start up\" for responding to global ecosystemic crisis. The requirements of the class include but are not limited to:

Acquire and read the books for the course in time for our discussion of them.

Attend and Contribute to class. More than three unexcused absences are not sustainable.

Post at least three significant blog posts per week to this wiki. This means you will need regular and reliable internet access. We will soon have internet access at the Center for Sustainability.

Complete a proposal and a semester project in a timely fashion.

Contribute at least three hours per week of WorldWork at the Center for Sustainability.
